Refund policy

30 days to change your mind

If something is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery at georgi@alepu.com and we will refund it.

Opened is fine

You can return something you have opened and tried. You cannot tell whether it belongs in your home without living with it for a few days.

How to return something

Email georgi@alepu.com first and we will send you the return address. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us — returns sent unannounced can go missing.

Return shipping is yours to cover, unless the order arrived damaged, incomplete or not what you ordered, in which case it is ours.

Refunds

We refund to the payment method you used, within 5 business days of the return reaching us. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

If it arrives damaged

If a product arrives damaged, email a photograph to georgi@alepu.com and we refund you.
