Calm is the one thing lavender does without being asked. Soft, floral and gently herbaceous, it settles a room at the end of the day rather than announcing itself.
How to use it
Three to five drops on the stone, an hour before you want the room to feel different. Lavender works best arriving ahead of you, not while you are already there.
Focus wants something cool and uncluttered. Peppermint is instantly recognisable and gets out of its own way, fresh enough to mark the start of work without sitting heavily in the room.
How to use it
Two or three drops on the stone at the start of a working block. Less than you think, since peppermint carries further than most.
Our signature oil, and the one that asks least of you. Light, silky and delicately scented, it works on skin rather than in the air, so it is a good place to begin whatever the room turns out to want.
How to use it
A few drops into the palm, warmed, then face or body. On its own, or as the carrier for a single drop of one of the essential oils.
